Poor breakfast.

Everything was fine, including really helpful staff and excellent location ready to help me with everything. Location: the hotel was close to the shops, the beach and El Nido center town. It was 1 km from Holly Smoke, offering quick-service food.

perfectly clean, ideal hotel with modern decor; the location is handy very near the center of the town. the rooms are convenient and new-fashioned, with a flat-screen television and climate control.

The staff was extremely friendly and catered to my every need. The location of the hotel was magnificent and nice - not too far from Seven Commandos Beach. It was located in a central area very close to sea, the dive shops, and the restaurants and the pick up for the tours.

Ordered breakfast, it was poor, it should definitely be improved, really.

The facilities in the superior twin room were good, beds were comfy.

Truly enjoyed traditional and good breakfasts!!

I had an exceptionally clean and convenient room with clean bathroom. The location was excellent, close to El Nido Municipal Hall.

The hotel's location was perfect, right in the heart of town. It was so convenient to have shops, restaurants, and bars within walking distance. Plus, the beach was just a short stroll away. The staff were also really friendly and helpful, always willing to assist with any requests I had. the hotel offered a delicious buffet breakfast that was a great start to each day.

One major drawback was the room itself. It was much smaller than I expected, and the pictures online made it look much nicer.

The bed was comfortable and the staff were approachable and nice. The location of the hotel was perfect, close to the meet up location for island tours, restaurants, and beaches. The free wifi worked well, allowing me to stay connected during my stay. Additionally, having free filtered and cold water on each level was a convenient and appreciated amenity.

The shower facilities were dirty and the floor had old/dirty mud or concrete on it. The toilet in my room did not flush properly and kept bringing back dirty water.

This conveniently located hotel is just off the main street and within walking distance to all shops and restaurants. Guests mention the friendly staff, comfortable beds, and good housekeeping. Breakfast is included, with unlimited water, juice, and coffee/tea. Guests appreciate the convenience of being close to everything while staying at this hotel.

Some guests have mentioned the lack of elevators in the building, which can be difficult for guests staying on the upper floors.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were so friendly and helpful. They arranged everything from tours to transportation and laundry services. The location is excellent as it is within walking distance to the beach and close to restaurants, bars, ATMs, and souvenir vendors. This city is easily accessible from this hotel. The hotel is clean, cozy, and the breakfast was good.

The hotel location is great, only a few steps away from the sea and near the streetlife. The staff was very friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist you. the hotel restaurant's food was delicious and it added more color to our stay.

The hotel wasn't the quietest place. Due to constructions, the city was pretty noisy at night and we could hear the trucks all night long.

Great location, friendly staff, comfy beds, delicious breakfast, clean and cozy rooms.

Didn't dislike anything.
